I-m Claire- a certified life coaching bringing you my wealth of life experience and life lessons lessons to help you become a stronger- better version of yourself- I continue to work on self development and be coached because I have realised there-s a different way to feel and think to make life much more enjoyable- We don-t have to stay stuck in our stories- I can help you create everyday sustainable habits to live a happy successful life- I have experienced trauma in the form of losing two siblings to suicide- I have worked so hard on my own mental health- body image and self talk- I understand all the feels because I have feIt them- I offer group coaching and 1-1 sessions depending on the clients needs- How life coaching changed my life- In 2020 I hit a stumbling block in life and I started to notice things around me changing- I was mum to 4 kids and had my first child at 19- At the age of 42 I had now been a mum linger than anything else- I loved being a mum but the problem was my kids were growing up and I didn-t want to feel lost without them- I wanted to find me and dig into some of the layers of limiting beliefs that I could be anything else- This is when I started working with my own life coach and working wth her really changed my life- I had no idea I would get as much as I did from these zoom calls and was the most and best money I had ever invested in myself- Can working with a life coach change your life- Are you stuck in the same stories- Are you stuck in the same stories- Same behavioural patters of negative self talk and self loathing - I was for years and how sad I wasted so much time on this- It takes work and discipline to change the patterns but working with a coach and being accountable can help you lead the happy healthy life you deserve-
