Hi my name is Erica and I believe that we all have specific strengths and particular things that we find more difficult- Sometimes society can make us feel shame for the things we struggle with- I believe everyone deserves the help and support they need- I offer support and help to people who struggle with things that might seem very ordinary but can be very difficult for some- Things I can help with- - Overwhelming Mess- - General housework- laundry- ironing- bed making- tidying etc- - Sorting-clearing- - Cleaning- - Clearance- - Communication- - Administration- - Pets- - Day to day tasks like cooking- - Time Management- - Basic emotional support- Who Can I help- I offer help and support with no judgement about the situation- I understand that sometimes things can just become too much- Sometimes household chores and duties can build up or be overwhelming because of the way our brain is wired- Or maybe its a particularly difficult time of life- I have over 20 years experience working with Neurodivergent people- I can help people who are just overwhelmed by the day to day running of their house and life- people who are living with the affects of trauma such as PTSD and people who are living with anxiety- I have 10 years experience working as a family support worker- working with families- I am a Play and Creative Arts therapist and I currently work with children with a variety of different challenges- I have over 20 years experience working with Neurodivergent people in a number of different settings- I also have 10 years experience as a cleaner- going into peoples homes- I have a current DBS -Disclosure and Barring Service--- I am registered with the ICO -Independent Commissioners Office- and I am on the Professionals Standards Authority Accredited Register- -The Disclosure and Barring Service helps employers make safer recruitment decisions each year by processing and issuing DBS checks for England- Wales- the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man- DBS also maintains the adults- and children-s Barred Lists and makes considered decisions as to whether an individual should be included on one or both of these lists and barred from engaging in regulated activity-
