We are a counselling and therapy college- established in 1999- based in Lincoln- Lincolnshire- Ridgeway College was formed in 1999 as a response to the ever-increasing demand for skilled counsellors and the lack of vacancies available- Since 1999 Ridgeway has trained many students in counselling- Some of these now work in private practice and others in clinics and medical centres- Some of our students have moved into the field of training other students to be counsellors-
